STLDIGITAL will be doing team and individual photos for the Elks Rec Soccer Program on Saturday May 4th.
-- For teams with games Saturday 5/4: please arrive 1hr prior to game time for photos.
-- For teams without games Saturday 5/4: individual photos can be taken as early as 8:30am. BUT if your coach coordinates with your team for a team photo at a specific time, you can do your individual photo before or after your coordinated team photo time. No team photos should be coordinated after 12:30pm, as this is the latest "one hour before game time" for Saturday 5/4.
-- For Juniors: individual photos can be taken as early as 8:30am. No team photos are done for the Juniors program.
Photo orders will be shipped. ***Free Shipping if you spend $30 or more on your order. Otherwise add $4 for shipping.***
Photos will be taken down past field 4. When you pull into the complex go left and park in lot A towards the end for photos.
PHOTO DAY PROCESS:
1. Check in at the STLDIGITAL table when you arrive.
2. Fill out the order form ahead of time or fill out an order form at the STLDIGITAL Table if you want to order pictures. See link at the end of this email.
3. Pay for pictures at the STLDIGITAL Table.
4. Please be sure to put your Team Name and Coach on your order form.
5. Go get your Individual Picture Taken! Please do not wait around for your whole team to show up! We would like to take individual photos right away.
6. After you have your individual photo complete, gather with your team.
7. We will take the team photo on the field (past Field 4, at the photo setup area) right before you play…
Link to PDF Order Form: We can swipe credit cards at the check in table or you can use Venmo, Cash or Checks. Checks should be made out to STLDIGITAL. If you pay via Venmo, put your Venmo ID on the order form. We will bring extra order forms with us the day of the photos.
